Popular South African actor Cornet Mamabolo, who played the first Tbose Maputla recently celebrated his birthday with Skeem Saam’s Meikie, John, and Kwaito from the SABC1 soapie.
The former The River actor took to his Twitter account on Friday, 11 August to share a video of himself and his former co-stars Clement Maosa who plays Kwaito, Africa Tsoai who plays John, and Harriet Manamela who plays Mieikie.
Viewers of the educational soapie took to social media to wish the actor and businessman a happy birthday and hoped for his return to the soapie.
Briefly reports that Mamabolo marked his 33rd birthday this weekend when he linked up with his on-screen parents (Meikie and John) and half-brother, Kwaito.
The actor, who exited the SABC1 soapie in 2021 to focus on his business, got replaced by former Scandal! actor Hungani Ndlovu for the role of Tbose Maputla in July 2023.
