The renewal of the road tax has been postponed until January 17, 2023, per the Road Transport Safety Agency (RTSA).
The delay, according to RTSA Public Relations Manager MUKELA MANGOLWA, was made to give drivers more time to renew their road tax.
According to Mr. MANGOLWA, the extension would help ease the current traffic at the RTSA service center.
Since then, the RTSA has instructed traffic police not to impounded automobiles without the latest road tax.
