Everything is prepared for the Confederation of Africa Athletic – CAA – games scheduled for the LEVY MWANAWASA Stadium in Ndola from April 29 to May 3, 2023.
Prior to the official opening on Friday, Zambia Athletic General Secretary DAVISON MUNGAMBATA assures that everything is on schedule.
Only 40 countries have formally confirmed their attendance, however 54 countries are likely to attend.
The local technical officials for the championship are prepared following a rigorous four-day training on the rules and complexities of many sports, CAA Chief International Technical Official ENIAS NHORO told ZNBC News.
The Confederation of Africa Athletics this year will provide local athletes with the exposure they sorely need.
