NELLY MUTTI, Speaker of the National Assembly, has lamented the deplorable condition of the roads leading to the Copperbelt Province’s National Assembly constituency offices.
Ms. MUTTI has also lamented the lack of room surrounding the majority of the constituency offices.
And Ms. Muti claimed that her trip to the Copperbelt Province had given her first-hand knowledge of the situation there.
The National Assembly’s speaker said she will now understand some of the issues that lawmakers bring up in the chamber.
