The Zambian Football Association’s (FAZ) decision to submit a proposal to host the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations has been praised by the government.
Elvis Nkandu, the minister of sports, has stated that his ministry will bring the matter before the cabinet for possible consideration.
Because the government is likewise eager to see Zambia host the biggest football tournament on the continent, according to NKANDU, FAZ is on the winning side.
He assured journalists that the government will back the Association fully at every stage of the procedure.
