SMEs have been urged by the Minister of Small and Medium Enterprise Development, ELIAS MUBANGA, to develop workable ideas and suggestions that will lessen the detrimental effects of load-shedding on them.
According to Mr. MUBANGA, he is eager to hear the suggestions on how his Ministry may best aid to lessen the effect of load-shedding on SMEs.
The Minister was addressing at the conference of business organisations and stakeholders that Techno Serve was hosting.
YVONNE MPUNDU, the permanent secretary for small and medium enterprise development, outlined the purpose of the meeting, outlining the main opportunities and difficulties facing the SME sector as well as the roles the Ministry will play in enabling and promoting growth.
