The Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) has been encouraged by Tourism Minister RODNEY SIKUMBA to work with the government to find a long-term solution to the nation’s financial problems.
According to Mr. SIKUMBA, the accounting industry must assist in finding a solution to the nation’s financial problems.
Mr. SIKUMBA noted that improved cooperation between the two countries is essential for the benefits of the two countries while speaking at the official opening of the third international executive retreat for the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZICA) in collaboration with the Institute of Chartered Accountants Malawi (ICAM) in Livingstone.
The event, according to CECILIA ZIMBA, president of ZICA, will also assist executive executives in understanding the significance of change and in expanding their workforce.
The president of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Malawi, MOFFAT NGALAMBE, expressed hope that the event will continue to expand and attract the participation of other nations.
