To better match its services to national health care priorities and requirements, the National Health Insurance Management Authority (NHIMA) has begun evaluating its benefit package.
The evaluation, according to NHIMA Public Relations Officer CHANDA KALUBA, also aims to lower individuals’ out-of-pocket costs for health care.
The Authority is presently taking submissions for the proposed health services and conditions for input in the NHIMA benefit package evaluation process, according to Mr. KALUBA, who spoke with ZNBC News.
He stated that from January 25 to February 25 of 2023 is the time frame for public submissions.
