Botswana sprint sensation Letsile Tebogo will be rewarded greatly for making his country proud at the Olympics Paris 2024.

The athlete made history after defeating Noah Lyles to win Olympic gold. It was a historic achievement as Tebogo became the first athlete from Botswana to win a gold medal at the Olympics while winning a medal over the distance for Africa since 1996.

Letsile will be awarded R1.6 million and a four-bedroom apartment. Choppies, a Botswana company, presents him with R1,350,000, while the government awards him R270,000 for his outstanding achievements.
