Yvonne Chaka Chaka, known as the “Princess of Africa” and a legendary South African singer, songwriter, actress, businesswoman, humanitarian, and teacher, is currently in Zambia.
On Tuesday, December 13, 2022, she boarded a South African Airways flight and arrived. The cast of Mpali, which just won Best Television Series at the 2022 Ngoma Awards, as well as local fans, gave the South African music legend a warm welcome. The Mpali Cast has invited Yvonne Chaka Chaka to the nation so she can appear in an episode of Mpali.
When Chaka Chaka visited the MultiChoice Zambia offices, Leah Kooma, the managing director of the company, praised Chaka Chaka for visiting Zambia. According to Kooma, Yvonne Chaka Chaka was an inspiration to the younger generation and a legend.

Meanwhile, Yvonne Chaka Chaka thanked MultiChoice for exposing local talent.
