In 2023, Ghana will host the West African Championship of the International Body Building Federation (IFBB), which will include twelve bodybuilders from the nation.
The 12 contestants at the competition, which takes place from March 16 to March 19, 2023, will be led by the current Zambian Champion, NELSON CHABOTA, according to CHIMUKA HAMABELE, general secretary of the Zambia Body Building and Fitness Federation.
According to HAMABELE, a budget of 54,600 US dollars is currently required to ensure that the squad flies to Ghana.
And HAMABELE claimed that the bodybuilders have recently begun training in order to maintain their fitness.
