In Lake Bangweulu, eleven Seventh Day Adventist – SDA – Church youth have perished.
President TOMMY NAMITONDO has acknowledged the existence of the Northern Zambia Union Conference to ZNBC News this evening.
According to Dr. NAMITONDO, a rescue effort is currently under process.
He said that the youngsters were traveling to Chishi Island Church from Kashitu SDA Church for youth activities.
On Chilubi Main Island is Kashitu.
