Most 2nd Grade Students Cannot Read And Write, According To Study

DOUGLAS SYAKALIMA, the education minister, has urged coordinated action to overcome the literacy crisis plaguing the educational system.

The relationship with the Ministry of Education will enable early study of young children’s grade reading ability, according to USAID Mission Director PETER WIEBLER.
