Boity and her boyfriend, Anton Jeftha have broken up

Boity Thulo and Anton Jeftha have reportedly broken up. The two dropped hints about their split on social media, and it’s been further confirmed by people close to them.

According to Zimoja, the lovers called it quit due to insecurities in the relationship. A source close to the entertainers spoke about the break up to the publication mentioned above.

“Boity does not come cheap, from her eating to the jewelry she wears, it can be intimidating to an artist who is just working,” adds the source. “The relationship was under a lot of pressure from many people.”

Boity and Anton have been dating for over 1 year, but their separation appears to be blatant as the businesswoman traveled to the US to attend the Grammy Awards without the actor.

The two stars are known to attend events together, but the case seems to be different recently. On Valentine’s day, there were no lovey-dovey posts from them.

However, they are still following each other on social media and there are still lovely couple snaps of them on their Instagram account.

In other news – Why Cassper Nyovest won’t attend AKA’s memorial and funeral

South African rapper and businessman, Cassper Nyovest has been keeping his time on social media limited since the gruesome murder of rap foe, Kiernan Jarryd Forbes. It was not all hostile between them, as they started off as friends, to Cassper openly admitting that AKA had been an inspiration to him, but things ended on a sour note between them as they had back and forths on social media and face-to-face, openly displaying their dislike for each other.

Not to say Cassper is not saddened by the sudden death of AKA, he released a statement earlier this week expressing his sadness over the passing of Forbes and his friend Tebello “Tibz” Motsoane. He sent his condolences to his family, “My sincere condolences goes out to Kiernan and Tebello’s families, colleagues and fans. May their souls rest in peace and their legacies be celebrated. May the Good lord be with all of you at this sad time.” Learn More
