At Chifumo Primary School in Luwingu, Northern Province, a block of two classrooms was built using CDF, or Constituency Development Fund.
The price for this is 250,000 Kwacha.
According to MUTALE MUTALE, the headteacher of the school, the classroom block has contributed to giving students more space to learn.
However, Mr. Mutale has urged the government to take into account building teachers’ homes and installing a water reticulation system at the institution.
