In recent years, as a vivid example of China and other countries jointly building the Health Silk Road, China and Zambia have continuously deepened their cooperation in the medical field. Chinese medical workers and advanced technologies have travelled across mountains and seas, providing strong support for Zambia to cultivate local talents and enhance its medical and health service capacity.
As a pioneer in China to engage in international medical cooperation, West China Hospital of Sichuan University has long been actively participating in medical aid to Africa, helping its African partners improve their level of healthcare service.
