In three districts of Eastern Province, measles has spread.
Lundazi, Petauke, and Nyimba are the impacted districts, according to provincial health director MATHEWS NG’AMBI.
Since then, Dr. NG’AMBI has made an appeal to the local populace to support the immunization programs being implemented in several regions.
In a Chipata interview with ZNBC News, Dr. NG’AMBI was speaking.
He claimed that all of the district health offices in the area have been instructed to actively seek out and immunize any young children under the age of five who are not protected against the diseases.
