According to KENNEDY KALUNGA, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Communication and Media, the government would continue to collaborate with the church to enhance the welfare of its constituents.
According to Mr. KALUNGA, the administration would accomplish this through giving residents, particularly young people, chances.
He advises young people in the church to organize cooperatives so they can participate in some of the government-sponsored empowerment initiatives.
This was stated by Mr. KALUNGA during the Boys Brigade Company enrollment event he presided over today at Saint Mathews’ United Church of Zambia – UCZ-Congregation in Lusaka.
Also, the Reverend Aaron Simukonda of the UCZ Olympia Congregation in Saint Matthews stated that it is important to empower and safeguard boy children because they are also in danger, just like girl children.
