HH Recommends Youths Get Involved In Economic Development

According to President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA, young people must be involved in the nation’s economic development.

Young people, according to President HICHILEMA, are crucial to the future of the nation and must receive sufficient investment.

When he presided over this year’s National Youth Indaba, which was held in Lusaka with the theme “Transforming minds for rapid youth development,” the head of state made this statement.

According to President HICHILEMA, the government is working to give young people opportunity so they can achieve their goals.

He further urged the youths to steer clear of vices including drug addiction, drinking, and social media abuse.

The Youth Indaba, according to Minister of Youth, Sport, and the Arts ELVIS NKANDU, is one of the events held to honor Youth Week and has drawn 2,000 young people from all around the nation.

The current youth generation, according to Mr. Nkandu, is creative and can help the nation flourish.

A youth delegate, CHISHIMBA KALUBA, commended the government for implementing a number of programs for young empowerment, including raising the distribution of the Constituency Development Fund and providing business assistance, to address their needs.
