Infractions by PSV Drivers Irks RTSA

Speaking on behalf of the Road Transport and Safety Agency, MUKELA MANGOLWA expressed worry over the persistent bad behavior of drivers of cars and buses on the roadways.

Mr. MANGOLWA observes that despite recent efforts to prevent illegal bus stops, mostly in the Central Business District (CBD), Mr. MANGOLWA comments that little has changed.

He claims that the organization would develop a better plan to demolish all unauthorized bus stops and stations.

Additionally, CHOLA MWAMBA, the public relations manager for the Lusaka City Council (LCC), asserts that drivers must obey the law.

Road users are being urged to change their attitudes toward traffic laws by PETER PHIRI, the public relations officer for the Bus and Tax Owners Association of Zambia.
