This morning, people from all walks of life gathered at the Cathedral of the Child Jesus to say goodbye to the late former Minister of Information, MWANSA KAPEYA, who passed away on Monday.
At the Cathedral of the Child Jesus, mourners were joined by opposition Patriotic Front officials and party members as well as Zambia’s sixth president EDGAR LUNGU and his wife ESTHER.
Also present was CHUSHI KASANDA, the minister of information.
Father Andrew Simpasa also urged the family to find solace in God in his homily.
Also, he gave the community the advice to support the grieving family during this trying period.
Father SIMPASA added that Mr. KAPEYA’s use of his talent to advance the broadcasting sector will be remembered.
