Members have been forewarned by UPND Secretary General BATUKE IMENDA that the Party will NOT accept disrespect for the President and the first family.
According to Mr. IMENDA, the UPND was elected to power because the party was based on the idea of discipline.
In a phone interview with ZNBC News, Mr. IMENDA declared that the party members from Mkushi who appeared in the viral video accusing the first family have been permanently fired.
He issued a warning to party members not to abuse the right to free speech that the President has provided to people.
Anyone discovered making claims that will bring the party into discredit will not be spared, according to Mr. IMENDA.
