MTN Debuts 5G

Technology must be used effectively, according to President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA, to improve tax collection.

According to President HICHILEMA, a lack of technological innovation is costing the nation a lot of money.

During the introduction of MTN’s Fifth Generation, or “5 G,” phone service today in LUSAKA, the President made this statement.

At the same event, Minister of Technology and Science FELIX Mutati stated that the use of mobile technology across a variety of industries is essential to economic progress.

Zambia, according to MTN Group Chairperson JONAS MCEBISI, is on a path to macroeconomic growth.

Mr. MCEBISI is optimistic that the introduction of “5G” phone service would further support economic growth brought on by rapid internet use.

In the meantime, Bart Hofker, chief executive officer of MTN Zimbabwe, said that “5 G” phone service is not only quick but also dependable.
