Zambia U-20 Men To Play Friendlies Against Nigeria And Senegal

The next international friendlies against Nigeria and Senegal, according to Zambia Men’s Under 20 Assistant Coach ALBERT MPHANDE, will serve as a test of the team’s readiness for the Africa Cup the following month.

When considering how competitive the AFCON tournament will be, MPHANDE claims that the team’s games against West African rivals will be an excellent place to start.

He claims that crucial areas like the defense and striking force will be strengthened as a result of the friendly matches.

At Nkoloma Stadium, the squad played a practice match against Young ZANACO yesterday. The team won with a score of four to zero.

According to MPHANDE, the outcome demonstrates that the team has stabilized and is 75% physically prepared for the Tournament to be held in Egypt.

According to him, scoring four goals helps the team feel more confident.

AVRAM GRANT, the coach of the Chipolopolo, has reportedly given the players extra motivation to work hard, according to MPHANDE.
