President HAKAINDE HICHILEMA is promoting Zambia as a top location for investments in clean energy in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where he is attending the Sustainability Week, according to Presidential Spokesperson ANTHONY BWALYA.
According to Mr. BWALYA, the economy, which depends on energy for growth, would be greatly impacted by climate change.
He claims that yesterday in Abu Dhabi discussions on striking a balance between maintaining economic progress and protecting the environment, a lot of important concerns were brought up.
The need of tackling climate change challenges in order to spur investments in renewable energy, says Mr. BWALYA.
