Italian defender Leonardo Bonucci signs for Fenerbahce

Italian defender Leonardo Bonucci on Thursday joined Turkish Super Lig leaders Fenerbahce until the end of the season. The 36-year-old Euro 2021 winner with Italy moves to Turkey after only a few months with Union Berlin in the Bundesliga after a 12-year spell with Juventus.

“The experienced defender will wear Fenerbahce’s shirt until the end of the 2023/24 season,” his new Turkish employers confirmed. Fenerbahce are hoping Bonucci’s arrival will help them secure their first Turkish league title since 2014.

The player, who links up with fellow veteran Eden Dzeko, has indicated on social media that this will probably be his last season as a player

The biopic of Michael Jackson has received a release date, as the film will be released on April 18, 2025. Helmed by Antoine Fuqua, the Billie Jean rockstar’s nephew, Jaafar Jackson will be seen as the King of Pop.

Titled Michael, the movie is bankrolled by Graham King, and John Logan is on the script. In the meantime, the film will go to floors on January 22, according to Variety. Read more
