The 15-year-old Nchelenge kid who was fatally injured after being struck in the head by a javelin spear during a school athletics practice has passed away.
Grade 9 student DAVID KAFIMBO from Kapala Boarding School in Mwansabombwe passed away this afternoon as he was being transported to the University Teaching Hospital in Lusaka at Mansa Airport.
DAVID was taken to Mansa General Hospital last night and was waiting to be taken there in the intensive care unit.
