Friends and family of veteran radio personality Xolani Gwala bid him farewell at the first of two memorial on Wednesday.
The veteran radio personality died on Friday. He succumbed to cancer at the age of 44 after making his diagnosis public in 2017.
News of the veteran broadcaster’s death made headlines across the country with many reflecting on his log and illustrious career.
A memorial service will take place on Wednesday from 10:00 to 12:00 at Our Lady of Lourdes Rivonia Catholic Church.
