Malungo Chisango, the first deputy speaker of the National Assembly, has ordered the minister of home affairs to issue a ministerial statement in response to news that PAMELA Chismpa’s kidnappers and the 12 other girls have escaped from jail.
The ministerial statement must be delivered by Thursday the next week, according to Ms. CHISANGANO.
On a subject of urgent public importance raised by Mpika Central Member of Parliament FRANCIS KAPYANGA, she issued the directive.
Abductors have fled from prison as police guns down one, according to a local newspaper article that Mr. KAPYANGA cited and handed to parliament.
Mr. KAPYANGA requested assurances for the girls’ safety from the minister of home affairs.
