Sbahle Mpisane speaks about her near-fatal car accident in 2018

Sbahle Mpisane, the daughter of South African business mogul Shauwn Mkhize, has shed the label of “influencer” and “reality star” for a more profound moniker: survivor. The popular “fitness bunny” survived a near-fatal car accident in 2018 that left her in a wheelchair for about five years. Sbahle shared glimpses of her experiences following that life-threatening accident with ZiMoja.

In her words, “I have reclaimed my life, from being in a wheelchair and having no hope to now being able to catwalk, which is an inspiring story to many.
