The under-15 National Team formation process has reportedly begun, according to the Football Association of Zambia (FAZ).
The association is also thinking about under-13 national teams for both boys and girls, according to FAZ President Andrew Kamanga.
This, according to KAMANGA, is an effort to prepare the nation for upcoming tournaments, including the annual under-17 AFCON, which will begin soon, as declared by the Confederation of African Football- CAF.
Addressing at the third Annual General Meeting of FAZ Lusaka Province, KAMANGA stated that FAZ is committed to enhancing the efficiency of all provinces as it works to make them self-sufficient.
Meanwhile, JORDAN MALITI, the chairperson of FAZ Lusaka Province, gave the football officials advice to evaluate their successes and shortcomings throughout the last season.
Also, the Lusaka District Commissioner ROSA ZULU commended FAZ for taking action to elevate the level of women’s football competition.
