The passing of former Kabwe Central MP TUTWA NGULUBE, according to United Party for National Development (UPND) Secretary General BATUKE IMENDA, is shocking.
Mr. IMENDA asserts that Mr. NGULUBE will be remembered for his role in fostering democracy since he was not afraid to express his views on a variety of topics.
He claims that the late politician supported a variety of topics because he wanted the best for the country.
Mr. IMENDA has conveyed his condolences to Mr. NGULUBE’s family and the legal community.
