WARREN HINYAMA, the youth chair of the Copperbelt UPND, has advised recipients of government grants for empowerment to handle the monies responsibly.
Mr. HINYAMA finds it regrettable that some young people who have received empowerment through CDF have not used it to start their own businesses.
He advises young people to work hard and stop depending on handouts.
According to Mr. HINYAMA, the new Dawn administration created a number of empowerment programs on purpose to assist the youth in becoming self-sufficient.
