The government is about to ink a contract to buy crucial medications in large quantities from Egypt.
Before signing the contract, a multidisciplinary team is in Cairo, Egypt, under the direction of ROMA CHILENGI, Presidential Advisor on Health.
According to ZANIS, the team includes representatives from the Ministry of Commence, Zambia Public Procurement Authority, Zambia Medicines and Medical Supplies Agency, and Zambia Medicines Regulatory Authority.
The agreement is anticipated to enhance procedures and guarantee quick purchases of essential medications.
