Receiving international recognition as being one of the Best Places to Work in Africa is a great honour. It is noteworthy that this Award would not have been possible without the support of my colleague Ecobankers.”

The certification program includes stringent evaluations and rankings based on the findings of thorough and objective evaluations conducted at various hierarchical levels and throughout HR operations and procedures. An employee assessment survey and an HR assessment are included. Covered topics include employee engagement, leadership, teamwork, salary, benefits, and corporate social responsibility (CSR).
