Cassper Nyovest water baptism criticised by social media users

Cassper Nyovest professed his love for God, and he’s been baptised in water. The rapper is confident and bold about his newfound faith in God, and he’s utilized his platform to preach. Nyovest tops the Twitter trend list as his baptismal video surfaced on social media.

While people congratulated him, others criticised the church for using a swimming pool for baptism.

Cassper Nyovest dropped a message to his fans at the end of 2023. Jesus is LORD!! What a privilege it is to give glory to God!! He doesn’t need us, we need HIM!!! I need him!!! He saved me!!! Can everybody give praise to him today?

Later he encouraged his followers to turn to scripture as a guideline to navigate to the journeys of life and even shared the gospel at some of his shows. Life can get hard, but life is never a burden. Life is beyond human understanding, but life is not confusing when you lean on the word of God,” he wrote.

He continued: “You are very smart, but you don’t know anything if you don’t know God. Jesus is the light, have a great day. Love. This earned him tons of respect from many people, some of whom might not even have been fans of the rapper before.
