Kalaba’s And Mwamba’s Property Is Strictly By Acc

The former Zambian ambassador to Ethiopia, EMMANUEL MWAMBA, and former foreign affairs minister Harry Kalaba both have residences in Lusaka’s Balmoral neighborhood that have restriction letters issued by the Anti Corruption Commission (ACC).

The properties are under investigation, according to ACC Head of Corporate Affairs and Media Timothy Moono.

In a phone interview with ZNBC News, Mr. MOONO affirmed.

Mr. MWAMBA claims that the Anti Corruption Commission’s (ACC) conduct is unfair in the meantime.

He asserts that the commission was required to call the suspects first before serving them with the notices in accordance with the proper protocol.

Additionally, Mr. Kalaba claims he will take the commission’s action to court.

He claims that after years of working for the government and holding the position of Minister of Foreign Affairs, he built his assets by hard labor.
