The author of Catching F.I.R.E, a helpful and practical manual for assisting people on their journey to accumulating wealth and the recipient of multiple awards for personal finance education, Jane Mazimba, has announced the publication of her latest book.
Each chapter in Catching F.I.R.E has weekly recommendations that are meant to assist the reader in setting goals, identifying their fundamental values, assessing their financial situation, beginning to save money, managing debt, and starting to invest.
A future release of an unabridged audio edition of the book, read by Ms. Mazimba, is planned. The book is currently available in print and digital formats.
On February 25, 2023, Latitude 15° in Lusaka will host a public launch event. Tickets to the event cost K500 and include networking opportunities, an autographed copy of the book, entertainment, and refreshments.
This is Ms. Mazimba’s debut book, which details her experiences with personal finance and offers bite-sized chapters that recommend simple changes that can have a significant influence on one’s overall financial well-being.
Through her thoroughly researched personal anecdotes, Ms. Mazimba leads readers to a new way of thinking about life and money in this book. She also offers detailed instructions on how to get started by taking control of personal finances.
The book is written with public sector employees, middle-class earners, students, and anybody else in mind who wants to develop wealth strategically while also taking actions to restructure their obligations and live a debt-free life in mind.

Ms. Mazimba has received numerous awards for her work, including the Bank of Zambia Governor’s Financial Literacy Award three times for her contributions to financial literacy in Zambia.
