Ex-Uzalo actress Zola Mhlongo bags new gig

Former Uzalo actress Zola Mhlongo has landed a new gig on 1Magic.

Zola features in a mini-series called 365 Days, which premiered on 3 April.

The 30-year-old businesswoman and performer told the publication she is excited about her role.

“Getting back on set is everything to me. I am here living my dreams, and I feel blessed,” she said.

Social media users have since hailed the mini-series as one of the best shows.

“People must tune in and watch this love story defined by inheritance. I would also like to thank my production team for the opportunity to showcase my talent,” she said.

The actress also features in a popular show called Adulting on Showmax.

Zola made a name for herself after her lead role as the first Hleziphi on Uzalo between 2018 and 2019.

She said people should expect to see more of her on their screens.

“I want to achieve my goals. I want to show my baby that everything is possible,” she said.

The actress is also in the fashion industry and said her brand is doing well.

“My brand is doing well, and I am happy with it,” she said.

Zola said her three-ear-old shapewear celebrates Mzansi women.
