Chipolopolo Players Based Abroad Jet In

As part of their preparation for the AFCON qualification games against Lesotho, foreign-based players called to the national football squad have begun to arrive.

The South African-based prayers RODERICK KABWE, TOASTER NSABATA, and RALLY BWALYA have arrived, according to Football Association of Zambia communications manager SYDNEY MUNGALA.

There are already eleven players in camp, according to MUNGALA, with more likely to come before the day’s end.

Before the game on Thursday at the Levy Mwanawasa stadium, he says all foreign-based players should be present on Tuesday.

Both games must be won, according to Sekhukhune United defender RODERICK KABWE, if the squad wants to improve its prospects of making the AFCON.

On Thursday at 18:00, Zambia takes against Lesotho at the Levy Mwanawasa Stadium before traveling to South Africa for the second leg, which is scheduled to take place in Johannesburg.
