The success of the ministry this year has pleased Small and Medium Enterprises Minister ELIAS MUBANGA.
According to Mr. MUBANGA, the Citizen Economic Empowerment Commission distributed K365 million in empowerment monies on behalf of his ministry.
According to him, the majority of marketeers have gotten the Marketeers Booster Loan.
Over 62,000 marketeers, according to Mr. MUBANGA, have gained power.
He claims that the government also gave farmers and business owners more influence through automated farming and trade financing.
